Investigation into novellas …

Investigation into novellas …

Yes. I’m sorry. I’m not making progress as I have in the past. But I’m still writing and learning how to better my stories. Going to try some new things – like a serial (?). Maybe. Smaller bites seem to be the way things are going rather than a large meal. So the plan is to submit a story that’s to be broken into maybe four or five smallest portions. Cliffhangers (?), maybe. Maybe not. The Amulet first, then the final Red Summer Book. Not going to do too much until The Amulet is complete, then it’s time to investigate this new publishing platform.

Considering…

Considering…

It’s April.

On top of my computer dying a violent and horrific death, six new tires and  a new tune up later. I am sick. The Pollen here in Georgia is deadly. I haven’t had a voice for almost two weeks. But I’m writing! Just not on what I wanted. I had planned to finish Gray Spring first, but it’s hard to force the ideas to come out. The Amulet is flowing nicely and an actual ending to it is truly in sight, so I’ll continue it for the time being. The problem is that money? For the editing? I’m gonna have to come up with something quick and that’s depressing. I got the idea of posting it as a serial, maybe. One chapter each week … still haven’t decided, but that’s if the money doesn’t come through. I’m looking forward to seeing this finally coming to an end, but nervous about everything else. We’ll see ….

Nothing as planned….

Well, the summer is almost over and I have nothing to really show for it. I’ve done a lot of writing and drawing, but nothing has been completed or finished. Money has held the finalization of two of my projects hostage. But on the bright side that means I have time to fine tune my stories and I will see them completed by tax time. 😜 Doctor visits, Tae Kwon Do classes and two accidents can really throw your plans out of wack. But, I didn’t just sit on my thumbs and whine about it. I did get a lot of inspiration and a lot of writing done. My style of writing has changed a bit, I can even say matured. I’m proud of myself and can’t wait to see what the betas think of them.

Wonderlost 2: Reunions – A Gray Spring (tying up loose ends-book 3 of my Red Summer series) – these are the two main stories I’ve been working on. The shall hopefully be edited and published by April 2019!

Gaaaaah…….!

Gaaaaah…….!

I’m so indecisive!

Well, not really, but it freaking feels that way! I’m trying my hardest to work on one story, but scenes and character ideas keep me bouncing from one to another. I so want to solely work on the final book to my urban fantasy series, but the W.I.P. to my Regions’ series keeps calling! Sketch ideas, cover concepts, and changes to the story keeps interfering!  I’m so glad that I don’t have a schedule or deadline to stick to, but I sooooo wanted to get at least one freaking book out this year. Argh! (I know! Excuses, excuses!)
